There is furniture at either end of the back street plus bags , Christmas tree etc.. If the machine comes round on Wednesday as it has done the day after refuse collection there is no chance of the driver turning onto the back street. When the wheelie bins were emptied on the day before Christmas day the men could not leave the bins where they normally do because of the furniture which has been there for at least 5 weeks. There is rubbish left out on the small back streets that run across Cobden and Pheasantford Street and I would be surprised if the refuse wagon will be able to drive on there.
