Report from a resident - I would like to report this fly tipping again as nothing seems to of been done since my first report at the beginning of December 2025. the rubbish has increased and now looks a eyesore. As this is on the road to the Charter Walk car park it will give visitors to Burnley a very poor view of our Town.
