Bags of waste and cardboard have been fly-tipped at the rear of 18 Todmorden Road in Burnley, it is said that it is the residents of this property are dumping this waste and are always doing it. The rubbish that has been fly-tipped is attracting rats, obviously not good for other people in the area and this is causing rat problems in other houses in the vicinity.
