I reported an environmental health issue on the 1-2-24. I was told that the street would be cleared in 48hrs. Please can you provide an update as it has been significantly longer than 48hrs. Please see photos of the current levels of waste, including bio hazard, nappy’s and dog waste bags.
Please respond asap with an action plan as your service so far has been below the agreed acceptable standards.

Full Details

A large quantity of builder's rubble, sand and other construction waste has been on the back street between Darwin Street and Barden Lane. This has been there for over a year and gets bigger and bigger. It is impossible for a bin crew or a fire engine to get down the back street because of this mess.-185 Barden Lane, Burnley, BB10 1HY
