The occupant of 1 Kingsbury Place continues to add to the mound of used cat litter on the grass corner behind the garden fences, the mound has continued to grow since it was reported a couple of weeks ago. It's about 2 feet tall and growing and it absolutely stinks the place out. Something needs to be done about this issue and the person who is piling this stinky mess up.
