The back street behind the houses on Marlborough Street between Lincoln Street and Rumley Road has usually been swept every 2 weeks. This back street has not been swept for a month now and is looking messy. More concerning is that the alley gates that allow access to the back street are being left open from 6am onwards so that the street sweeper can get to the back street to do what he needs to do and this has security implications for the residents who live in these houses. Then back street still needs sweeping like it always has been, it isn't good enough for this area to be left without its street cleaning and we need to get back to that being done when it should be.
