The back street behind Harling Street is full of waste and fly-tipped items, settees, other furniture and piles of full bin bags, it is a fire hazard and there are rats running around. There is so much rubbish on the back street that a fire engine or ambulance would not be able to get down there. The back street is so full of waste that some residents can't get their wheelie bins out to be emptied. A skip has just been taken away, but the overflow from that has just been dumped on the back street, wooden boards, furniture and other rubbish.
