Good afternoon.I dont know if i am contacting the right department but on the back alleyway where all the recycling and non recycling bin are there is wood,Plastic and a big tv box(no tv)been dumped there.Plus where the bins are a load of leaves thats swept into the alleyway i was wondering if you could organise a clean up as rats are starting to arrive.As my house is the end house all the rubbish has been blown to outside my back gate so its hard to get out and with the wood/plastic etc on the alleyway wall its a complete mess and i have no transport to move the rubbish myself and its not my rubbish but with the mess i would move it if possible.So could you please arrange a cleanup if possible if thats ok
