The back street behind Spring Gardens Terrace is permanently covered in dog faeces. The problem is so bad that residents are having to leave their bins at the end of the street permanently to avoid having to tread their way through excrement. Children can't play in the back street because of the health risk and the possibility that they will tread animal excrement in their homes. Residents are avoiding the back street almost completely because of the state of it. This is a problem that will not go away and is annoying everyone who lives in this area.-Spring Gardens Terrace, Padiham, Burnley BB12 8JB, UK
