Bins have been left overturned and waste is all over the place that's come out of those. Bins are put out and are never taken back in which is the root cause of the problem. Black bags have been abandoned in the back street, plastic packaging is dumped on the back street, items of furniture are regularly left out without any collection being booked for them.
